All customer touch points, transactions, data and storage locations in the Genie payments platform are well secured with high-end technologies such as dual authentication and encryption, SIEM, digital certifications and secure connections. Furthermore, all partners who offer financial products and services via Genie are governed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
