  • Reservations will be confirmed based on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Full payment is required to secure the booking.
  • Offer applicable for all room types.
  • Offer not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
  • Discount based on the rack rate determined by the company, not on rates published on other platforms.
  • Discount valid only for direct Call/WhatsApp/Email bookings. Not applicable for Website bookings.
  • The cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay for the offer to be valid.
  • Cardholders must submit NIC/passport upon arrival for verification purposes.
  • Offer invalid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
  • No name changes accepted once payment is made.
  • Full payment is non-refundable for cancellations.
  • Date amendments due to reasonable circumstances (at Management's discretion and date availability) during the same period will maintain the same discount.
  • Discount not applicable for bookings made outside the promotional period.
