How to make payment using genie Savings Account

Log into Genie App and click on the "Pay" tile and select your desired biller (e.g., CEB, Water, LECO, etc.).
Enter the bill account number and the payment amount.
From the dropdown menu, select "DF Savings."
Confirm your payment.

Select the "Savings" icon and click the "Get Started" button.
Complete the KYC (Personal Information) form and submit it.
You will receive a verification call to confirm your submitted information.
Your account will be created within 24 hours, and you will receive an SMS notification.
Once you receive the confirmation, you can top up your account using your linked bank account (JustPay) in the Genie app or transfer funds to your DF Savings account from another bank account.

eZ Cash

Get your service charges reimbursed on utility bill payments when you pay via Genie using eZ Cash. Pay all your electricity and water bills using the eZ Cash Wallet on the Genie and get your service charges reimbursed.

Logo into Genie App and click on the "Pay" tile and select your desired biller (e.g., CEB, Water, LECO, etc.).
Enter the bill account number and the payment amount.
From the dropdown menu, select "eZ Cash” as a Payment source.
Confirm your payment.

Tap on “eZ Cash” Icon on genie app.
Go to the "Pay" tile and select your desired biller (e.g., CEB, Water, LECO, etc.).
Enter the bill account number and the payment amount.
From the dropdown menu, select "eZ Cash” as a Payment source.
Confirm your payment.

Tap on the "eZ Cash " icon and click the "Get Started" button.
Complete the KYC (Personal Information) form and submit it.
You will receive a verification call to confirm your submitted information.
Your account will be created within 48 hours, and you will receive an SMS notification.
Once you receive the confirmation, you can top up your eZ Cash Wallet using following methods.

1.Top up using genie Digital Savings or linked other bank account (JustPay) - https://www.ezcash.lk/topup.php in the genie app.

2.Transfer fund directly through your mobile /Internet banking app (Via CEFTS) to eZ Cash wallet (Add eZ Cash Wallet no as bank a/c No and & Select Dialog Finance as bank ) - https://www.ezcash.lk/topup.php.

3.Or walk into any Cargills Super Markets, Singer outlets, Keells Super Markets, Dialog Customer Experience Centers and any eZ Cash retail points and get a wallet top up done.

Terms & Conditions

The offer is valid till 21st to 31st October 2024
Customer needs to perform CEB, LECO or Water Board bill Payments using eZ Cash Wallet on genie to eligible.
The offer is valid for New and existing eZ Cash customers.
A minimum of 01 transaction needs to be performed to be eligible for this promotion.
Redemption of the Service charges will be credited to the customer’s eZ Cash wallet within 05 working days after October 31st .
Service reversals will only be performed for maximum of 2 bill payments (01 for CEB and LECO and 1 for Water Board) done during the promotional period.
A maximum of Rs. 20/= per transaction service charge will be refunded to the customer.
